It is a lovely scene how the girls sit there and seem to be in their own world. I think B&W is a good choice here even though it feels a little "gray". I think if you increase the contrast it would look more appealing. One thing that is a little unfortunate is the angle. Since both girls look down we seem the top of their heads and very little of the faces. A lower angle often works a little better getting the faces back when people are looking down.
