This is a nice shot, BW fitting to the isolated feeling of the image. It takes you in steps, starting with the grass, through the scene, ending at the horizon. I think it is a stronger image to crop off about half the sky, you do not lose anything of interest and helps focus attention to foreground.

Good composition. Would have liked a bit more sharpness in the dune grass (probably windy again? :)) and some more detail in the shadows.
A red filter would have increased the contrast in the sky, making the clouds stand out more.
