Never excuse yourself for trying to get others to see what you see. That is what all of this is about, I think. You have a great deal of talent and I will continue to bug you to push it. I have to put my age and experience to some sood use even if I am full of it at times. I hope you will get used to my jabs. They are for a good cause.
Please don't forget the figure. That is a jab.

I will never tell you to go to hell.. but I WILL try and get you to see what I see. Heh..now that gets in my way at times.

Then stick with the color. It is your image. I was simply rendering an opinion. When someone disagrees with you and you want to stick with your original impression and tell them to go to hell then do so, myself included.
I have a preference for B&W and it gets in my way at times. I still like the image.

Dang it..your a black and white bandit! Believe me Owen I prefer almost EVERYTHING in black and white..but view this large..look at all the different blues and greens! It's beautiful! I just can't part with color in this series.

Audra;
I like the isolation of the duck in the lower right of the image. It pulls the whole thing into that corner and it works well. This is one that really would work well in black and white with a fair amount of contrast. Trust me on this one my love.

It's all good Audra. Without the downs, how can you appreciate the ups? It just means summer is one day closer.

This one's very nice too. It's almost abstract with all the different muted colors of ice floating around and then you have that swan, wait, no duck right in the right place (that was just a test - see if you would catch it) Really excellent work. Mark

Not quite ..... we got about 10 inches of snow today. Like the duck in this shot though.
