Nicely composed, the wire is cool.
I like the dark frame.
It really helps, especially with the edge burning.
Maybe the frame doesn't have to be so thick though.

Thanks Andreas. No that's not a scratch it's a telephone wire. This is an artistic impression I did to give a feeling of the isolation of the area. Not a true photographic representaion. I like my landscapes to convey mood and feeling as well as the pictorial aspect. Thanks for your interest in my work. Regards John

Really nice picture, like the colurs and the composition.

I also think that you colud left the corners sharp.

The black scratch is it from a grayfilter ? I have troubel my self to not get them scratched.

Also thanks for your comment. I will rezise my pictures from now on.

Regards/Andreas

Lots of comments - my feelings the same.

Would like to add that you did a great job of framing this one up nicely - the yellow band with a black exterior is unusual but extremely professional. A bit like a tuxedo.

Hi John, very nice and i love the effect you have given it. I made a film here for tvnz called "Swan Lake" do you know it? I spent practically a whole summer here, it was great.
Best wishes Neil

Nice and moody! Blurred, darkend vignette seems a tad overdone IMO.

Love the atmospheric clouds and the golden grass here John. The felling is that there is a stor approacning and you're caught in a wide featureless expanse of grass with no cover. Excellent work

Absolutely gorgous. I love the mood you captured here. I'm really not sure if you needed to blur the corners though.
