Thanks for the feedback. No, I actually saw this as I walked out of my garage to take out the trash and ran in to grab my camera. We get this color moon all the time in Florida. I can't wait to get the huge harvest moon that comes around every once in a while. Stay tuned!

Considering you used a lens with only 100mm in focal length, I'm suprised you were able to get this much detail from the resulting image. I have a few images in my portfolio taken at over ten times that focal length (thru my telescope).
