On Tuesday March 8th the mountain blew yet again, it pumped steam and ash 36,000 to 40,000 feet into the air. When it does this I usually head up to get what ever shots I can... this shot was taken at About 9am Wednesday 03/09/05 I used PS to convert to a black & white and levels for the contrast and to cut through the haze left behind by volcanic material still in the air.
Rest assured, I will keep going back often and will continue to post on UF
