Lovely floral macro Judi. I do like the way you cropped it. It's kind of like my fence. It really makes you want to see more:) I am not even going to try to comment on all the pics I missed but I have viewed them and they are splendid as usual. This is certainly not typical of the many generic flower shots we see every day. I feel the black B/G was a good choice to provide a dramatic contrast. The angle formed by the flower within the frame adds a sense of tension it might otherwise lack.
Like people, flowers can also possess a beauty when viewed from different (and uncommon) perspectives. ~Kurt
