About Not the most exciting subject in the world but I have been inspired by some of the BW work found on this site and thought I would give it a go. Thanks to those who have helped me in learning and experimenting with BW conversions (see Help Forum).
And the format and use of color was encouraged by a young lady called Jeanette Hagglund.

Cheers to you all

Manu

excellent work of conversion to BW, Manu.
Good balance contrast, and excellent tonal range

from the thumb I thought...mmmh Jeanette...I see the inspiration...and guess what...I prefer the b&w if it would stand alone...but perfect solution is the combination of both versions

Cheers,
Verena

Hi! Thank you for seeing my photos. I like this one. Is is special, nice colors and dof. The BW version has a nice contrast, but it is more noisy. I like the color one more, but they make a nice pair. Cheers

Wow - look at this!!! The use of format works well here with those images and to use one of them in B&W and other one in colour (so nice to inspire you Manu :))! I have to check the forum help out to see what kind of help they gived you! I guess this is the fram of a mirror at your home.... There?s so much "out there" for the camera eye to find! Creative and cool Manu!
....and thanks for mentioning me.... and btw, i have a image inspried by you. I can add it later!

Jeanette
