Hello Teresa, Thanks for stopping by and checking in on my new images and especially the Halloween Pennant. That is, in my opinion, the most attractive and photogenic dragonfly. Being from Louisiana, home of the snakes, I knew this was a Banded Water Snake. I saw in your other post of this snake you had figured it out. The experts say they only grow to a max of 4-1/2 feet but I know I've seen them much larger than that.

I don't like snakes, and without doubt, I had not thrown rocks her. But the photo is great. The colors and the definitions are spectaculars. Congratulations.
