I like this shot a lot, but I think it would have been better in color. I love B&W photography but she's very beautiful and this would really pop in color.

I hope you'll forgive me for being blunt, but I don't feel intimacy in this photo. The smile is fine, however it is the type of smile you see in regular portraits, not in fashion shots. Her expression doesn't match her hairstyle and the clothing style. I don't see any theme that holds the photo together. I agree that it is lit quite well, though.
