I like cemeteries too... Nice black and white conversion here - beautiful tones and contrasts. I have a photo of a headstone I think I may post later this week... with a very unusual inscription! Thanks for sharing, Alastair

Hi Angela
Nice shot I too like photographing in cemeteries that have lots of potential.
You should try a bit of selective focusing. Use a longer lens and a wide open aperture to concentrate on your main subject while softening the background or foreground or both.
It doesn't have to be so out of focus that you lose the context of the image but I think that it would give you a different perspective along with that little bit extra to lift the image.

I love cemetary shots. It's something we photographers love to shoot but can't seem to make money on graves. Thanks for your comments on my photo. The Canon Digital Rebel is an excellent model. Good Luck! Kelly
