Thanks again Dan for sharing a technique with everyone. This picture and setup reminds me of my days at University studying Fluid Dynamics. As well as being very pleasing to the eye, I find this series of photos very interesting from a scientific/engineering point of view!

Right my friend! I work in a local magazine here in Brazil and work with a Rebel, but sometimes I need to use the photo in all area of the page, and it cause lost resolution. The 20D is faster than rebel??? I intent to make photos for weedings to. Just for curiosity. How much people pay to you for weeding photos??? Here in Brazil it cost higher! Thanks for help!

What will be your main purpose in the use of this camera you wish to buy, I am buying a 20D this week. But my reason for doing so is that I shoot weddings and I also work part time doing freelance photography for a local newspaper. The Rebel is a fine camera. I need speed right now I miss many shots because the rebel takes to long to wake up from its sleep mode. Also I need the bigger file size for bigger wedding prints.Lastly the 20D that I buy will pay for itself because I make money selling my photos so the price though higher than that of the rebel is ok with me the camera will be payed for by photos I take in less than 6 months,If you are just shooting for your own enjoyment stick with the Rebel if you are going to make money with your camera go for the 20D.

Wow ! I like this serie dan! I have a doubt man, maybe you can help me. I want to buy a camera, but I in doubt between a Rebel and a 20D. The 20D is more expensive than Rebel. What I do? There?s to many difference between both?
Thanks man!

The fish would have tasted quite nice with a bit of lemon I imagine. Really cool shots Dan. The effect is quite eye catching. Love the plastic bag protector, very high tech.

This is the setup for the shot, Shutter 1/80 second and aperture F14. Light must be kept at least at a 45 degree angle,to prevent glare.
