I like the shot, the mood, pose and feel are fine. If I were to offer any help it is that her hair kind of blends into the background. I stress this is only a minor thing to me. I am not positve how to fix it either. My best guess would have used an even shallower depth of field and perhaps over exposed just a bit. Noting your lens used, perhaps a 28-80 shot closer at say f3.5 might help that. Hard to get nice color seperation in our midwest winter foliage. Still a real nice shot.
