Only just seen this comment from last year - guess I never received an email alert. You can download frames to apply in Paintshop Pro, for example, and I guess similar frames are available for PS. But I tend to add my own, usually just a single pixel black outline, using "Add borders..." in Paintshop Pro.

Where can I get a frame? I have seen them on pictures but I am not aware of the process.

An excellent windsurfing image, capturing the action beautifully. I would perhaps put a thin frame around to isolate the slightly burnt out lower right corner from the white Usefilm background.
(BTW, who is the sailor?)
