It's actually a nice picture of a sidewalk cafe. Composition wise is OK, a bit dark in tone, but lovely color rendition. Now, I think you should find an object, focusing on the man sitting down, or on his reflection, and maybe then you can set the shallow DOF to highlight it, or maybe you just capture the Sidewalk cafe and eliminate the standing girl... Well, I'm not an expert though...

I'm not honestly sure what to make of these images... they could be neat in some sort of series... some sort of collage type piece maybe? Something that would show a bit of implied narrative.
