Hello alison, don't worry about your question. I took my picture without flash from the top of the water., no thru de glass. it was a soft water i mean no movement , so it helped me to take the picture. i hope it help to you as new photografer.

I am learning hence this question. How close to the glass did you put your lens? and did you use a flash or not? Please pardon if stupid questions but I am new to this.
