I think the exposure is about right. High exposure would lose much of the color in the sky. The picture has a very luminescent quality.

I can't believe know one has commented on this yet. The color is fantastic, the blur is hardly noticed and I think the exposure is right on. If it were exposed any longer you would loose the bright color in the sky and probably the blue tint as well.
