Dear Kelly, I use PSP 8 for editing purposes. Also use a IR effect plugin is needed.
First I saturate the original photo more. Then add a blue grad filter to the sky. Then open the photo in the IR effect. Because the dark blue sky, IR effect is exaggerated and the clouds seem more prominent. At last I make a coloration of B&W (Shift+L in PSP)and use hue:28 , saturation: 40 for the sephia-like effect. So I use this method to obtain the desired effect. Regards, Alper. Thanks for the critique.
