Great eye here. The dominant line moving vertical on the left leads the eye into the photo, while the 2 lesser dominant horizontals bring you across. The shadow patterns on the rocks are great, repetition and pattern yet variance, not boring yet unified. Very nice work.

from the thumbnail i thought it was snow, but now i see that it's something quite the opposite - again: you have good eyes, and the details and clearity are so great. very fine work again.

Great shadowplay Verena ! Well seen .. The little shadowlines are the most playfull, it's almost a pity they get crossed by the big shadow .. the small shadows would stand on their own perfectly imho... Peter

wonderful abstract dear Verena... not only the tones and contrast are fantastic but the continuous flow of the lines remind me of a sea that for a magic reason turned to stone... dizzy but very beautiful... kisses... emy :)

An interesting image with great contrasting lines! I like the contrast between the regular lines of the shadows versus the irregular lines and curves of the cobbles. Excellent!

Hi Verena, nice superimposed combination of cobble stones and shadows. The shadows create a perfect feel of the texture, and make this image tick. Very well captured. Love this "vintage" work of yours!
Cheers,
Hugo

You know Verena, when I saw that you posted a new image, I'am asking me : What Verena has done with the lines, curves, B&W that she found around her? I begin to open my mind, and click on the image to discover your new work and then loog at, eyes wied opened, taking time to feel all that you put in. This one is fabulous with the clobbestones having their structured old alignement and coming on it, the projection of an another structured shape (a grid I guess) misorientated towards the clobbestones. This is really nicely done Verena.. a beautiful composition..and just for the fun, there is in your shot a small thing which is not structured.. at the middle , on the left of the image..heheheh :)
Congrats Verena for your nice work Fabrice
