I like toning, framing and off-centering a lot here. works quite well for me. this picture makes me very sad, and this is kind of a precious thing - there are not many pictures that achieve to touch the viewers emotions.

Although I hate seeing animals in cage unless a proper zoo place may with certain acceptable. This image of great balanced some one mentioned the eyes, off course the most and correct techniques is to emphasize the eyes sharpness, and you did excellent job.Saeed

What a cute little guy!! I always say it, but the shallow of depth of field really works well to focus the eye on the subject. The sepia tone adds an element of calm to the photo.
