I really like these backlighted things you do. They have nice strong contrasts and bold designs. you get just close enough to the sun to show it without having it blast through the picture with flares and streaks. It's a nice technique.

Alison, querida amiga, tu diras que soy un ingrato, pero he tenido problemas para comentar pics y para entrar a internet, primero UF estuvo lentisimo y luego mi PC se volvió loca por 2 dias, ?como estan todos???

THis is a beautiful image. The colors and details are very good. The framing with the reeds was a great idea IMO. Those areas near the marshes/inlets are so fascinating to me. On Pleasure Island, the large herons feed, and some even roost in the trees there. When I get a longer lens, I will be trying for some good bird shots!
