Very beautiful portrait. The lighting and expression are really effective. I like the way you left only a small bit of the tree showing in the corner, which is all you need, really.
One question: what is 'neat image'? I would be interested to see the original just to compare and learn what this effect does.

Really like the tones in this one, the whole composition is great(especially the framing..)
I dont know it its just me, but your Daughter looks so much older than 12!(at least from the photos you've posted here)

The range of tones may be slightly lacking, but I don't think it's due to Neat Image. Maybe a little dark on her left side, but otherwise a very nice portrait..:)
