Incidentally, what time of the day were you here, and did you go with a tour group? My photo was taken in the strong mid-day sun, and I was hoping to get there earlier, but it just wasn't possible.

Beautiful natural framing for a very unique pillar of rock. Sky and water slightly hazy adds to dreamy effect but I might intesify the color of the sky at the top of the pic to add drama. Interesting repetition of the triangular rock and hill on the left.

What a great view this is .. such a sad and enormous contrast with the devastations that took place .. i saw pictures of destruction that i did not see all of my life .. such a pity they had no warning system to rely on .. hope they will do it now, and maintain it with our financial help .. because tsunami are the worst danger for earth's inhabitants after meteorite impact and the loss of the ozone layer.
