About	A Euro-sign Wind-Chime! That's the way I thought of these weird creations on the Basque coast at San Sebastian. (Those familiar with the area will know the sculpture is called 'Le Peigne du Vent' or 'The Wind Comb'.)

There's also a strange sound when the wind is in a certain direction, but maybe capturing that is something for the technology of the future?
