Thanks Ben for pointing that out. Both exposures were not at f/22 @ 30", only the first one of the city was at those settings. The second exposure for the moon was a lot shorter and I'm not sure wich pic this ended up being because I bracketed for the moon and took a few shots while keeping the city settings the same. Thanks to everyone for the great comments...

Beautiful B&W and double exposure.
Were both exposure at 30sec F22?
