About	As part of my sometimes annual audit, I like to routinely sample a photo every, oh, say 9,000th shot. This was shot handheld at 1/8 sec at the company Christmas Party. The only reason it was savageable was that I was using my wide-angle lens.

Great detail in the hair paul. Do me a little favour and select the background,a slight feather, go to filter, blur, gaussian blur and use the slider just to blur the background a little more. Inverse the selection and lighten the hair slightly.
I think you would have a great picture then.
