I see what you mean now. I try to use a little "discretion" if you will, in posting photos or my workplace. But at the same time, would never post anything that could or would compromise my ship, or the people on it. Our ship actually sells digital cameras and film in the ship's store for anyone onboard to purchase. But in overview, no one has ever tried to disuade me from taking pictures onboard, and most of them are anxious to see what I have gotten that day.

I just thought the military would not let private individuals (members of the armed forces inc) or even official photographers to post stuff ..thats all I know that when I visited Williamtown RAAF base photography studios near my home in Aus they would not let us take any photos inside the base..I just thought they would have to approve 'em n stuff its a bloody ripper shot n e way Les
