About	Ben here is an Eagle Scout to be (I hope). I've worked with him for a long many years and he's really turned into a fine young man. And quite the lady's man if you can believe that (not from hanging round me though). I dodged the area around his face that was in deep shadow from the bill of his hat. Other than that everything's pretty much as it was.

This is an excellent portrait. I like the shadows around the face but you have dodged just enough to show the eyes, which I feel are a very important part of allowing the personality to shine through.
