Thank you Heath my friend! =) It was extremely still.. hope to witness such a water again.. hehe. About disturbing it.. there were birds sleeping next to this place.. Wouldnt want to disturb them! Good idea though! Through it and burst away so you have the stone hitting that surface and then a serie of waves after that.. =)

Hi Thilo and thanks alot for your kind remark! =) Im glad for the BIP and for the picture.. funny was that first i thought this one was the worst one of the 5 shots i took (the 5 i choosed to upload).. but now when i look at them all.. the others are really bad in comparision. I think its the simplicity.. the others arent as good composed.. nor so strong at first glance.. that is important in photography! Easy to forget though! =)

Vey well done! Great capture, the water had to be perfect and absolutely still to get this shot. Exposing for the sky was the right choice, turning the poles black and make it more surreal. A well deserved BIP - and I thought Karen owned "Reflections" - LOL!

I tried to take a few other shots.. but to get the best position with the 50mm i had with me at the time... i would have had to been in the water.. hehe. I have a few more shots from this day.
