That is a strange picture... very long exposure time (about 30seconds), I was trying to make the night scene with the full moon, a daylight one... and... well... that's what came out...! hehe... more or less an error... ;)
The place is in west Japan, the KetaTaisha shrine near Hakui (maybe you'll find the website)...
I have also another one... I'll show you if u like... :)
