Larry when you lower the shutter speed you slow draw in a lot more activity or motion. Hence a moving car photographed with a shutter speed of say 1/3200 would be a stop action image. But lower your shutter speed to say 1/125 and you will get some movement in your image or blurring as some people would call it.
So in this case I lowered the shutter speed mainly to draw in extra light. But the bubbles were floating down and therefore as the light reflected off them they gave a movement feeling. So while you cannot see the shape of the bubble you can see the light reflections on the moving bubbles.

Larry the streaks of light you can see are the bubbles. Look at the shutter speed. It was relatively slow, therefore it captured the movement of the bubles with the light reflection only.

Bubbles!! you certainly know how to make a child pose :) when he get older he will ask for some cookies :) Where is Kita, i don't get to see her in your work, did she start asking for her camera :P i need her E-mail, i want to give her a good tip about a nice Nikon camera which is 12MP :) i am sure she will like it :)
