Excellent!!! YEA! Cut the faces and cut the bodies, that is a very good technique for me Dave, and I like that you get the side of the man and not straitly his face, so the result is original...

A very intelligent composition, Dave, the way it is cropped emphasises one can only know a small part of his story. This is one of the best 'Richard Avedon' pics I've seen, it really does illustrate your relation to the subject, that of curiosity.

Very nice candid. Nicely cropped, interesting expression on the man and nice contrast with the background. Well done.

This works on the level of PJ or as fine art, since it has a nice design and fosters greater inspection.

This shot very interesting framed. Good portrait. I'd like to see a little bit more sharp background.
Warm regards,

I have a slight problem with this picture.

Elderly people if anything tend to stoop forwards. If that's the case I would expect the wall to be sloping the other way if anything.

I like the image of the man, but the "seedy" bit of town seems to be falling over (the wrong way!)and it irritates me.

I really love how you framed this shot only including half of the old man. Really gives you the feeling that his walking into the picture. You also got excellent detail but find having a little more room on top of his head would be nice. Keep up the good work.

Excellent capture.
