About
This is a hallway in a 1940 build building. They receintly remodeled and this was the result. Some exposure adjustments made in PS due to the overhead lights. I'm honesty not fully pleased with this photo, but gave up adjusting. Thoughts? If I had a filter for my camera, I would have reduced the lights. Maybe the next camera will handle them.

Timothy, Wonderful capture indeed, but you need to understand how lighting works. The Kelvin rating of each lighting situation. Tungsten light has a yellow cast and sunlight has a blue cast. All I did on the photo below is take out the yellow hue, because you used tunsten lighting... I understand your not using PS to repair your photo's, but I hardly think that taking the yellow out would constitute manipulating a capture... All photo labs do it, or you could use the correct setting when shooting the photo, or use the correct filter on your lens. You did both wrong... If this makes you angry, I will never comment on your work again, but you might learn something... Martin

Yeah. that Red light is an EXIT light. Standard for a commercial building. I could PS it out, but I really hate making a mod like that.

Maybe the two closest lights could be reduced, but I like the sharpness of the third and the way the rest eventually merge together. Together, the lights lead the eye down the corridor, but I find the red light at the end jars... AJ
