jim, amazing how they survive, isn't it? the ones in the back appear to be partially uprooted. as if the soil beneath has been blown away over time. great composition, esp. with the sun peeking out from behind the branches. good job holding the sky, btw. polarizer?

I like the image and the scene.. think that the composition may be just a little busy.. it would have been cool if you could have isolated one of the trees and made it the main focus...the sky is incredible, not a cloud to be seen.. nice work
