Thanks Jim. That looks better, and I know you didn't bust your butt on it (nor did I expect anyone too) but the top of the church is still too bright. I guess if I put the time an effort into it I could do it your way. Thanks. Dan

It is nice subject and since middle top of picture is burned out I think best way too get best out of picture is go to B&W and sam toning, I hope this will help and also this picture is better in B&W .. ir

Ah, but Daniel specifically asked "Anyone know any way I can fix the top of this photo?" I was just answering his question. I was not commenting on the aesthetics of the image.

Dont take wrong, but I totally disagree whit you about adding sky in this picture, totally irrelevant whit this picture and more there is no need for good sky if subject is good, it is competition often too fine subject .. ir

Yep, it sure looks like I'm following you around :-) But not intentionally, I must like your work.
With respect to this picture, you could try replacing the blown out sky with a sky shot from another photo. You will probably have to do quite a bit of fooling around... er PS work to get it to look right. Here's a quick and dirty example.
