Wonderfully soft and tranquil scene - I agree with previous commentors that the horizon is slightly skewed (bubble levels and/or gridded viewscreens help if you don't want to play in PS afterwards), but I'm saving it in my favorites nonetheless!

Very beautiful shot, Peter. You've done a great job showing us this amazing texture of sand and puddles as it mimics the texture of the sea, extending to infinity. I'm not sure about the frame, as I think it draws more attention to itself than it should.

Soft touch, and soft tones, as well as a wonderful soft image.... A pitty about the clockwise tilt in the horizon, though....;o) The low camera position creates a very nice feel of distance, emphasised by the patterns in the sand. Very nice shot, and beautiful tones....
