Wonderfull the contrast between the frozen ground and the mountain cover by the ice. The two plane of the picture would separate two different worlds of the same land. You have pointed out the critical contrast in excellent way. Compliments Alessandro.

Your title reminds me of what my Dad always said, "the road to hell is paved with good intentions". His way of forcing me to face the consequences of my inaction. This is a stark landscape. Colors are good. Has an other worldly appearance.
