thank you for your kind comments. Sitting on a low tide rock with the tide coming in quickly I made the exposure using a monopod (I think about 1/30). With a tinge of fear I retreated to the beach without trying other exposures. For the movement of the water I think it worked.

Very nice effect on this image...I like the two different interpertation of water movement... very nice image...the last two late afternoons have been great at Pebble ...

This is a nice collision of the water. The foreground moving one way and the background coming in over the top. Nice work. Don.
