Lovely subtle colours, and the shutter speed is slow enough to have the water blur a bit. This shot would be realy interesting if you took it in lower light and on a tripod with a slow shutter speed to blur the water even more.

alison.... this is what i actually intended to shoot photos of today. instead, i ended up in shanghai. finding trees that look like this in fall can sometimes be a tough chore in china. you captured this fall scene nicely. my only (minor) criticism is that i would have cropped out the top right a shade more.
