thanks jim and gladyou like!!you are right about the flare - well spotted! i hadn't noticed but looking closely you can just see a green spot near the water's edge. Most of it though seems to be hidden by the reflection on the water which is why it escaped notice!

Great shot S.D. Looks like you got a little lens flare. But, it this situation it tends to work well, I believe that beautiful light on the pebbles is a result of that flare. Everyting else looks supurb.

I love this scene Stu. So relaxing and the colours just drag you into the picture. The uneven sides gives the photo depth. Well done.

Fabulous capture, the detail and lighting are both wonderful. I love the light capturing the pebbles on the beach. The only thing I can nitpick about is the horizon is slightly tilted ... but looking again I think it is curvature - you were possibly at the 18mm end of the lens. So that aint a nitpick of your photography :-)
