I was discussing with my girlfriend why nobody shoots macros of a cactus and here we are. This is so much more thaan the usual plant macro. The yellow background is so strong with the green. The comp and the dof together with the white paint brush-like areas make it so very good.

I love this image of this cactus, this DOF, macro, colours and sharpness. And again, combined with your technique. (I always writing about that, but for me it gives the image something that affects me....) For this a 7.

actually they did end up in my friend's leg - he was not impressed!! OUCH. Thing is they are really tiny in real life so they were really difficult to get out!
