It's definately a shot for the "Unusual Vision" project --- looks like the eagle has only one wing. The face and right wing are captured nicely though.

Simply superb shot Harry! We're in-waiting to welcome any day now, the annual migratory bald eagles into our little river town in central Iowa!! But, I bet I cannot get extraordinary pictures like you Harry! :0)!

I have been to Homer spit and its very beautiful.
This is an awesome photo. The angle could have been better - now looks like the bird has only one wing :-). But such photo ops dont come too often and one really cannot quibble about the angle.
