He looks like a jolly old man. I like his expression--he looks like you surprised him when you shot this image. His eyes are a bit cloudy, I'm not sure if that's his age, or they're not in focus. The background shows the selection lines. It's really difficult to do this kind of work in PS. I don't try it, because I'm not good at it, so I can't give you any advice on how to correct the problem. Maybe someone else in this site can help.
