Rafi, thankyou for your comments on "Hand of Life". I understand where you are coming form in regards to opinions. I had a very upsetting time with the photo "Axle". A lot of people complained it was too dark or completely black, not just from this group but other groups also, to the point I was accused of sending it through as a joke. As if!! I then redid it in B/W and that got the same response. I then realised that even though I had checked my monitor calibration a couple of weeks prior and it was almost spot on, others might not have. When I suggested they check their calibration I was shot down verbally saying their is nothing wrong with their computer but the problem was my computer. And yet others were able to see the images. They were intended to be dark and moody but still visible. So, you see, everybody has different opinions and different things upset different people. I have checked out your photos and find them to be fine just as they are. I have seen your untitled plant before and can't think of the name. When I do, I will let you know. A bit of a hint. I never delete the original image, but always burn them to disc before working on them. Sometimes you will alter an image and later down the track want to go back and try something different. So in the "Reflection of Tel Aviv" image, go ahead and crop it if you want to. But you will always have the original to admire yourself, regardless of what others say. Only please yourself but always listen to what others say. But that doesn't mean you have to DO as others say...LOL!!

You can't see me, my friend Ade in my "Reflections in Tel Aviv" because Einstein not only curving the glass panes but time itself, so this is actually a photo from the future. Thanks fro commenting on the photo. Regards, Rafi

Thank you, my friend Armando. You see, I had a dilemma: to crop or not to crop the right side of the photo. You may read about this in some of the comments on my "Reflection in Tel Aviv". I finally decided not to crop, among other reasons because once cropped, it cannot be uncropped. So thank you for being on the side of the "not to crop" Shalom and Saludas, Rafi

First rate. I always seem to find some great power in urban reflections--maybe all relections. Such images objectify and abstract from reality and yet present it to the viewer to interpret. This shot does that beautifully. I suppose all photography is reflection. This case is a lovely example in its muted colors and, especially, in the way each panel presents the outside reality in a different way from a slightly different perspective--again, like photography. Well done, Rafi. --george

Good composition, Rafi, shows the contrasting styles of architecture very well. Vertical lines in your subject reflecting the horizontal across the street. Dave.

Another "Thank you", dear Emgy and once more you caught me in a dilemma: to crop or not to crop, that is the question...I decided not to crop, althogh even the way you see it is not the whole photo as it was taken. Love, Rafi

Very nice shot, awesome warm tones. I like the distortion. I agree with Rosan Kador about cropping part of the right side. In this way you won't see that the line i'sn't perfectly straight. Another great capture Rafi
