Wow. Very vivid. I like it a lot, the butterfly looks a bit skewed (maybe fisheyed a bit by the lens?) but it is an incredible capture and I love the flower's vivid colors and the detail in the sidelit butterfly. thanks for sharing it!

ted, you are hardly a 'lousy photographer.'
this is a lovely composition, and it is quite impressive that you were able to get this shot taken at all. unfortunately, for me the noise is too distracting to make this the shot that it could be.

No Gerhard, no extra lenses, but I had to crop because of the backlight and a lot of disturbing lightspots around the subject. Ted

Yes Peter, I had to work fast and made a few mistakes. One of them was that I shot at 200 iso in stead of 64, and the aperture was not right. I am a lousy photographer, but I enjoy doing this. Best regards, Ted
