Spectacular shot Rafi, one of your best close ups.
I really like the minimal feel to it - with the black background and skeletal twigs.
I've said it before.... I've got to get one of those ring flashes!

This time I have to disagreee with you, my dear friend Heifetz. The light on the subject from a flash depends on two factors: the apperture and the distance of the flash from the subject. Shutter speed plays no part in this. If I opened my appereture more, I would have had to remove the flash further away, probably more than my hand, in which I was holding it, could reach. The dof would also not be as narrow as I wanted it to be.

Great but i think a smaller aperture such as 5.6 or less could be better,and i believe your shutter can be 1/1350 or faster
