i appreciate the advice, and i would usually totally agree with you, but i actually cropped this photo to make the person the focus of the image rather than the fireshow.i was just interested in trying to shift attention from the obvious to the less obvious, it probably totally failed, but who cares :) , thanks for the comment though :) and keep up the good work
fireshows are always fascinating,and demand to be photographed,but my shots sometimes come out with the light trails cropped...this is the case with your image,too,and i think it degrades the effect - no matter how great the light drawing is...what i say to myself is to frame leaving a lot of space above the performer,or use a wideangle lens,and i'll give you the same advice ;-) regards, kostas
