SPLENDID...I start with drops too...I bought a new camera so I go often to the forest at the moment...try to find new tings what people ignore.....this is fantastic..lovely the reflection in the droplet...well done

Hi Dan - really a great shot, the DOF and the colors in the background is so great, and if you look carefully, you get a perfectly focused image of the background, in the drop!!.
Thanks for letting us in to all your secrets, I will use the "droptrick", in the near future for sure!!

Dan this is an amazing capture. The DOF is just perfect - all that needs to be in focus is razor sharp. The colours are great and the reflection in the drop is just perfect :-)

The drop is a little lens that is fascinating to see. What gets my attention is the contrast between the sharply focused needles and the background bokeh. Very nice!
