About Went to a Spot I where I often go to eat my lunch away from the phone. There was this little gal eating as well, hence the title. She grazed to within 30 feet of where I was and seemed to care less. Something startled her, she popped up and made this pose for me.

Oh Jim... how gorgeous... so beautiful this is! Lucky you who can be this close to wild animals, AND being able to take these wonderful high quality photos of them!

Wonderfull Jim! The way she looks... as if she is going to run any second! Like the DOF here.. Very well captured! About Rotterdam zoo; it is a nice zoo, the gorilla's do have an island with rocks for shelter and many grass as you see. Very nice and great to photograph! It always is a challenge to me to capture these animals as if they are not held in captivity... thanks for your nice comments!

Of course not Jim. Just a passing reference to your clever title and Chris's talents at playing with words. No offence meant.

I guess I don't get your point about Mr Spracklen doing the funnies ? Is that to say that I shouldn't joke around /

All I can say Jim is that you have a way with nature. Just keep taking the shots so we can all join in.
By the way, Mr Spracklen does the funnies on this site!!!!

It must be going really fast if its evening already, I just had lunch.. OK I know what you mean. I think its a bit slow. The trouble with trying to figure out the internet is that any place along the line can throttle it down. Saturday night UF just up a died

Delightful shot of this graceful creature ~ pin sharp where it matters!
My compliments, Jim!
Best regards, Chris
P.S. Is it just me or is UF going more slowly than a snail on crutches this evening?!!
