Is this a homeless person looking for a handout?
We have alot of them in Atlantic City!
Sometimes My wife goes over to help feed them. A very sad sight.

It is a very strong composition... Poverty lies everywhere in the world... What I feel Rafi.... It is a little tilted, but other than that is really great!!!!!!!!!

some line tilted should be avoided; adding more contrast should also be beneficial; speaking in composition including the whole donating person could be of help
